VastNed Retail hereby announces with pleasure that Mr. Jean-Paul Sols was appointed, in succession to Mr. Reinier van Gerrevink, as president of the management committee (Chief Executive Officer) of its Belgian subsidiary, Intervest Retail, as from April 24, 2006. Mr. Reinier van Gerrevink will for the time being remain member of the management committee.
As per April 24, 2006, the management committee of Intervest Retail will therefore consist of Mr. Jean-Paul Sols (CEO), Mr. Rudi Taelemans (COO), Mrs. Inge Tas (CFO) and Mr. Reinier van Gerrevink.
