Corio N.V. has found ir. Jan G. Haars willing to take up the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on an interim basis within the Management Board with effect from 12 October 2006.
The intention is to appoint Jan Haars as a director of Corio N.V. in the position of CFO after his nomination has been put before the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 23 April 2007. His appointment is subject to approval by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
