Jan Dirk Poppinga (37) is the new Head of Retail Investment at CB Richard Ellis. Poppinga joins CBRE after having been a member of the Jones Lang LaSalle Retail Investment Team for six years.
CB Richard Ellis has accompanied significant retail transactions in the past years, most recently the sale of the Redevco Portfolio comprising some 34 Retail Properties located in Germany for a total sales price of €385 million.

Jan Dirk Poppinga will be based in Berlin from where he will grow the department and report to Fabian Klein.
