As of today, J. Pars steps down from the Board of Directors of the Management Company of the Comm. VA Wereldhave Belgium SCA, as a result of his resignation from the Board of Management of Wereldhave N.V. (The Netherlands).
Dirk Anbeek will be nominated as Managing Director. His appointment will be subject to the approval of the Financial Services and Markets Authority. Anbeek is a Member of the Board of Directors of Wereldhave N.V.
