The property has a total of nine upper floors with 144 underground parking spaces and is 89% let to six tenants, including as main tenant several United States Federal bodies who occupy 37% of the property. Other tenants include the Belgian State, Secura, Lorenz and Taipei Representative Office.

Gregory Martin, Managing Director Savills Belux, says: "This is an excellent property offering a good tenant diversification. It is positioned in a prime location next to the French and Spanish Embassies as well as the Belgian Federal Parliament and EU district."

Wout Buitink, responsible for transactions in Belgium and Luxembourg at IVG, says: "With over 60% public tenants this is an attractive asset in a strategic location at the junction of Brussels' two main metro lines."
