Italian denim brand J-Four secure their first store in Ireland at Victoria Square, Belfast

Established in 2003 by four brothers, J-Four has become a leading denim brand in Italian fashion. Following a successful UK launch at Harvey Nichols in London last Autumn, J-Four selected Victoria Square as their first standalone store in Ireland, to open mid July.

J-Four specialize in own-brand denim with a unique collection of jeanswear, well known for their innovative coloured styling. J-Four has a number of concessions and standalone stores in Italy, however the brand sees the UK and particularly Ireland, as a strong market to satisfy their expansion plans.

Robert de Keyser, the UK franchisee for J-Four, comments: "We are very pleased to have secured a unit within Victoria Square, Belfast. Before making the decision to commit I have visited the center on many occasions and have been most impressed with the high quality of finishes, tenant mix and footfall. We are confident that J-Four will be a great success in Belfast."

Ron de Jager, Leasing Manager of Multi Development, comments: "We are delighted to welcome J-Four, another strong international brand that has selected Victoria Square for their first standalone store in Ireland. Not only does this demonstrate the confidence that J-Four has in Belfast, they will also further enhance the attractive retail offer within the scheme."

Letting agents for Victoria Square are DTZ and Savills.
