InvestiRE SGR puts the Project News portfolio on the market (IT)

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as an exclusive advisor by InvestiRE SGR S.p.A., for the sale process of a portfolio consisting of six assets located in Rome, named "Project News".

The portfolio includes several assets located in the city centre: a particularly outstanding asset is represented by a historical building, fully let, situated in the vicinity of the Quirinale. In addition to this trophy asset, the portfolio includes properties with a value-add angle; amongst these: one partially let, close to the Tiberina island and one asset of 15,000 m² undergoing a residential transformation project.

Carlo Vanini, Head of Capital Markets Italy and of Rome Office at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Project News represents a remarkable investment opportunity for acquiring properties located in central and semi-central areas of Rome, with a secure income while allowing for a future increase of value. Investor appetite for the Rome market is strong and opportunities of this kind are rare, if not unique. For this reason, we believe that the Project News has the potential to attract a large number of investors, both domestic and international. The transactions recently followed by Cushman & Wakefield in Rome indicate that values offered for prime assets are constantly increasing”.
