Invesco Real Estate sells Swedish logistics to Bråviken Logistik AB (SE)

Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, today announces that it has sold a trio of logistics assets in Sweden to Bråviken Logistik AB, a new company set up by Pareto Securities.

 

The ca. 140,000 m² portfolio, located in Nyköping, Norrköping and Jönköping, are key logistics hubs for the Swedish market, and were acquired for a pan-European strategy managed by Invesco Real Estate. The properties are fully let to Nyköping Municipality, Stadium and Aditro Logistics, respectively.
