Global asset manager Internos has instructed CBRE as sole agent to sell a 35,196 m² prime logistics facility in Madrid. The development is situated in Alovera (Guadalajara), and forms part of Spain's largest industrial and distribution hub - El Corredor del Henares.
The logistics unit is expected to raise 14.5 million, representing a Net Initial Yield of 8.85%. The site benefits from exceptional transport links Madrid and the wider continental Europe market.
Jean-Bernard Gaudin, Head of Industrial and Logistics, CBRE Spain said: "Prime logistics developments in the best locations continue to draw investor attention, despite ongoing economic concerns.
"Although a shortage of funds continues to place pressure on the investment market, there is evident appetite for the best quality stock. We expect to receive interest from a number of domestic and international parties for this prime logistics unit, owing to it's favorable location and high quality design and fit out."
