INTERNOS signs new lease with Hulshoff in Amsterdam (NL)

INTERNOS Global Investors Limited, acting on behalf of the Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF, has signed a ten-year lease renewal with Hulshoff at its logistics facility at Casablancaweg 11, Amsterdam.
Hulshoff Opslag- en Archiveringsmaatschappij has committed to a ten-year lease on 9,250 m² of logistics space.
The logistics property is located in the “Atlaspark” industrial area which is a new and modern logistics park with excellent transport connections to Amsterdam and a short drive from Schiphol Airport.
Commenting on the letting, Hugo van der Goes, managing director at INTERNOS, Amsterdam, said: “This new letting is testament to the quality of the building and the ability of our local team of asset managers as we continue to retain high-quality and reliable tenants at this facility.”
