INTERNOS sells portfolio of offices in south west France (FR)

INTERNOS Global Investors Limited, the €3.9 bln owner-managed real estate fund management firm, has sold a portfolio of three office buildings located in the south west of France for a total of €22.2 mln. The sale was completed by INTERNOS on behalf of a Swedish pension fund.
Two of the office buildings are located near Bordeaux in Mérignac and Floirac and one in the Basso Combo district of Toulouse. The three buildings total 15,000 m² and are fully let with a weighted unexpired lease term of 4.3 years.

Guillaume Masset, Head of France at INTERNOS, added: “The decision to dispose of these assets was taken following the completion of their individual asset management programs. It also follows a successful period of disposals last year, in which we returned a significant amount of capital to investors.”
