Internos Real Investors secures four new tenants at Ridderkerk (NL)

Internos Real Investors LLP (Internos), the €1.5 billion owner-managed real estate fund management business announces that over the past three months it has secured three new lettings totaling 13,577 m² and renegotiated leases on 2,465 m², of industrial and office space at Ridderkerk, the Netherlands.

Three new leases were agreed on behalf of the HBI Netherlands fund. Following these latest lettings the warehouse accommodation at Ridderhaven Logistics Estate in Ridderkerk is now fully let with only office space remaining available.

Located in Ridderkerk in the southwest of the Netherlands, the industrial estate currently accommodates 21 tenants and provides approx. 49,000 m² of logistics and office space.

The new tenants include BLG Logistics, the automobile and container logistics service provider, which has taken 11,051 m² in four warehouse units; the importer of wood paneling, Rowood, which will occupy 816 m² and Yamoto, the Japanese distributer, which has signed a lease for a 1,710 m² warehouse unit. DHL, the global logistics and mailing company, which currently occupies 2,018 m², has taken an additional 438 m² of office space.
