INTERNOS appoints retail expert Jenefer Greedwood to board (EU)

INTERNOS Global Investors Limited (“INTERNOS”), the €4 billion owner-managed real estate fund management firm, has appointed retail expert Jenefer Greenwood to its Investment Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Jenefer Greenwood OBE brings a wealth of UK and European retail experience to INTERNOS with over 30 years specialising in the sector. She started her career with Hillier Parker, where she most recently held the position of Executive Director and Head of Retail following the merger with CBRE in 1998.
She was then with Grosvenor for 10 years, where, in 2010, she was appointed Director of Sales and Lettings for Grosvenor Britain and Ireland. In 2004, Jenefer was appointed a Crown Estate Commissioner and served on the board of the Crown Estate, chairing its Remuneration Committee for four years until the completion of her term of office this year.
Jenefer Greenwood, Non-Executive Director of INTERNOS Global Investors said: “I am thrilled about the prospect of taking an active role in developing INTERNOS’ retail offering. Since launching the company, Jos and Andrew have built a strong bench of talent across the commercial real estate sectors and have achieved considerable success raising equity for new funds and managing existing mandates. Given where we are in the current real estate cycle, this is an ideal time to be coming on board.”
Andrew Thornton, Chief Executive Officer of INTERNOS Global Investors added: “Jenefer has been hugely influential in the shaping and development of many of Europe’s most significant shopping centres. We are delighted to welcome her to the Board and are confident that our business will benefit significantly from her wealth of expertise and knowledge in the retail sector.”
