ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING REIM) Nordics is pleased to announce the appointment of Hans Krig as Head of Asset Management Finland. Hans Krig (33), Swedish born, joined ING REIM in 2006 managing the Finish portfolio, which was acquired in 2007 and 2008 on behalf of the ING Real Estate Nordic Property Fund (ING RENPF).
Hans is currently responsible for the redevelopment and rebranding of the Kluuvi Shopping Centre, a 110 mln. ING RENPF investment in the heart of the Helsinki city center. In his new role, Hans will be responsible for the continuing growth of the Finish AM platform and the coordination and performance of all ongoing and future investments in the area.
