ING Real Estate Development Germany is selling the Fronhofer Galeria in Bonn - Bad Godesberg to JP Morgan Asset Management.
Fronhofer Galeria is a mixed-use building situated in the city of Bonn - Bad Godesberg. Fronhofer Galeria was created by the redevelopment of the former Hertie-Kaufhaus. Completed in 2004, the mix-use building includes approximately 6,400 m² retail, 6,300 m² office, 2,400 m² fitness and parking for 272 cars. The property is leased to several well known retailers like H&M, C&A, Deichmann, Benetton, Tchibo, dm Drogerie.
