ING Real Estate announces that Emmanuel Verhoosel joins ING Real Estate as Global Head Structured Products Finance/CEO Finance Americas as of 19 May 2008.
Emmanuel will set up and lead ING Real Estate's global finance product team, including the launch of a wider range of products and services. He will also bear responsibility for ING Real Estate's lending business in the Americas (US, Canada & Mexico) and will be involved in relationship management for global clients. Emmanuel will be based in London.
Emmanuel has worked for JPMorgan since 1994, where he held the position of Regional Head/Senior Client Executive, Real Estate Structured Finance in London. His substantial track record covers the whole spectrum of international capital market and structured finance transactions such as Collateralised Debts Obligations, Collateralised Loan Obligations, Residential Mortgage-Backed Security and Commercial Mortgage-Backed Security.
