ING Real Estate announces senior appointments in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE)

ING Real Estate announces that is has appointed three senior managers within its investment management business in Central and Eastern Europe.

Based in Prague, the Czech Republic, the following appointments have taken place to support the continued growth of the organization:

  • Menno Verhoeff has been appointed as Acquisitions Director Central and Eastern Europe. His new role covers heading a team of acquisitions managers in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and Romania.
  • Jiri Lhotak has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer. He will retain his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer and will oversee the financial and operational management for the Central and Eastern Europe region.
  • Jan Kubicek has been appointed as Fund Manager of the Property Fund Central Europe, while keeping his asset and portfolio management responsibilities for ING Real Estate's funds in the region.

"Menno, Jiri and Jan have already contributed to the expansion and success of our activities in the region. These new structural changes will add further strength to our Central and Eastern Europe organization," said Martin Sabelko, Managing Director of ING Real Estate's investment management business in Central Europe.
