ING Bank Śląski refinances Centrum Ogrody shopping centre in Elblag (PL)

ING has provided a bilateral €64.5 mln senior term loan facility to refinance Ogrody Shopping Centre in Elblag.
The centre is owned by CBRE Property Fund Central Europe and managed by CBRE Global Investors. ING acted as a sole lender and the transaction was closed on 30 June 2015.
Ogrody Shopping Centre was originally opened in 2002 as the first shopping centre built in Elblag. In 2014 and 2015, the centre has been completely redeveloped (reopened in March 2015) and now offers 41,500 m² of modern retail space and is almost fully leased.
The 131 shops create an attractive tenant mix comprising both high level national and international brands such as Carrefour, Multikino, Media Markt, TK Maxx, H&M, Reserved, Carry, New Yorker, Douglas, Rossmann, McDonalds, and Subway. Anchor tenants occupy over 26,300 m².
