Goodman Group announces the signing of a new lease with Indra, a Spanish multinational specializing in technological services and products, for a 4,800 m² corporate building at San Fernando Business Park in Madrid. Indra will move approximately 500 transportation and traffic professionals to the Kenya Building.

The business park has 13 buildings with 87,000 m² of office space.
The building is located on the outer side of the business park, facing the A2 highway exit and fulfills Indra's requirements for flexibility, efficiency and sustainability.
