Imorendimento launches new property fund (PT)

Imorendimento launched a new closed ended property investment fund for the development of a residential project in Gaia's historic center. Gaia is the second most important city in Oporto's Metropolitan Area (Northern Portugal). The investment is headed by Taylor Fladgate Yeatman, the company that owns the Port Wine brands Taylor's, Fonseca and Croft and one of the largest property owners in this city center.
