IDI Gazeley announces completion of new 51,000 m² national distribution center for Toys"R"Us (FR)

IDI Gazeley, one of the world’s leading investors and developers of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, announces the completion of a new 51,000 m² national distribution center and service sector campus at Saint-Fargeau-Ponthierry (South of Paris) for Toys“R”Us – the world’s leading dedicated toy and juvenile products retailer.
The brand new distribution center facility will serve as the new national distribution center for Toys"Я"Us and supply its entire French department store chain network, also meeting the growing needs of its e-commerce operations. The building features an automated conveyor system together with a range of advanced environmentally efficient design features.
The building also includes 3,000 m² of office space that will serve as the retailer’s head office and host all of its administrative services. Overall the campus has also been designed with the company’s future expansion requirements in mind and has built-in capacity for 12,000 m² of additional storage.
