PointPark Properties (P3) has welcomed a new tenant to its logistic park in Mszczonow, Poland. The client is ID Logistics Polska S.A. (part of the ID Logistics Group), an A-listed provider of logistics services, operating in Poland since 2008.
ID Logistics Polska S.A. has leased 14,360 m² of warehouse space and 457 m² of offices. The lease was handled by the real estate agency AXI Immo.
"Our company's strength is a flexible approach to the requirements of customers whose needs can be met accurately by adapting the warehouse space and through additional services, such as dedicated transport. The newly leased space at PointPark Mszczonow will accommodate goods from one of our important clients an international trading and retailing company," says Marc Le Bozec General Director of ID Logistics Polska S.A.
"We are happy to have started a successful collaboration with ID Logistics Polska S.A. At the client's request, we have equipped the building which is built on a cross-dock platform with five additional docks and fitted the space with various economical solutions that are also environmentally friendly," says Piotr Bzowski, Leasing and Development Director P3 Poland.
"PointPark Mszczonow currently consists of three buildings totaling 96,633 m², and it is possible to build nine new buildings totaling 212,500 m², which are being offered for Build-to-Suit projects," adds Bzowski.
