HSH Nordbank is providing an American investment firm with €95.25 million to refinance two office properties with total floor space of 58,000 m².
The single-tenant property in the Merton district in the north Frankfurt, which comprises 27,000 m² of usable floor space, was built in 1994. Last year, the property underwent extensive renovation which resulted in modern office space with up-to-date IT infrastructure and current security standards. The new long-term tenant is Lurgi GmbH, which belongs to the Air Liquide Group.
The other office building “Campus Carré“ is situated in Niederrad in the south of Frankfurt near the airport. Built in 2003/2004 it is a top quality asset in the area. The property comprising around 31,000 m² of office space, has eight tenants, including Hochtief Solutions AG and Techniker Krankenkasse, a statutory health insurance company, on long-term leases.
Asset and property management is handled by the experienced firm of Round Hill Asset Management LLC, a fully integrated real estate investor and manager with offices in UK, Germany, Luxembourg, USA and the Netherlands.
