HSH Nordbank will provide EQT Real Estate with a loan for the acquisition of the Allee Center shopping centre in Leipzig district of Grunau. The parties agreed not to disclose the amount. Built in 1996, The Allee Center 40,000m² of rental space, accommodating about 100 retail businesses. The property also benefits from the parking facility for 944 vehicles.
