Homburg Invest Inc. has announced that with the planned retirement of Ira MacInnis, CA, Vice President Finance and CFO on September 30, 2006, the Board of Directors on August 3, 2006, approved a corporate reorganization of Senior Management effective October 1, 2006.
The reorganization consists of the following appointments:
- Drs. J. Richard Stolle has been appointed President and COO.
- Mr. Ashley L. Phillips has been appointed President of the Canadian Operations.
- Mr. James F. Miles, CA, has been appointed Vice President Finance and CFO.
- Mr. Gordon G. Lawlor, CA, has been appointed Vice President Financings & Acquisitions and Treasurer.
Mr. MacInnis has been Vice President Finance and CFO of Homburg Invest Inc. since the company went public in 2000 and has participated as a key member of management in the rapid growth of the Company. While his planned retirement will allow him to transfer his duties to the above noted Officers, he will continue as an Advisor to Mr. Homburg and to Homburg Invest Inc. on a go-forward basis.
