HOCHTIEF sells AUGE office building to Deutsche Fonds Holding for €51 million (DE)

HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has sold the AUGE office building in the Rhein-Main Technology Center to Deutsche Fonds Holding for just over €51 million. The property, which has a rental area of almost 15,000 m², was completed in September 2008 and a good 94% of this space is already let long-term. The main tenants are corporate units of Deutsche Telekom.

In 2007 HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung won the investor tender to construct the property. Work started in March 2007 and, apart from the seven-story office block whose shape is modeled on that of the human eye, an eight-level parking deck with around 1,000 slots was also constructed.
