The property, which was completed in 2009, is constructed for sustainability and is currently being LEED-certified. The Finnish technology company Outotec is the sole tenant, letting rental space of approximately 6,200 m². The lease will run for more than 10 years.

The five-story office building has a gross floor area of around 7,000 m² and almost 150 car parking slots. The building is provided with heating and cooling from a geothermal power plant. A three-story bridge connects TriCon with the neighboring building – also constructed by HOCHTIEF – which has been fully let to Outotec since 2001.
