HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung lets further offices at Hirschgarten in Munich (DE)

Around 42% of rental space at the forum am Hirschgarten office and business center has been let—Completion at end of 2013

HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung has let 3,000 m² of office space at the forum am Hirschgarten complex in Munich to Müller-Boré & Partner: The patent and legal firm will be occupying two complete floors in the more southerly of the two buildings. Almost 40 % of the office space is thus now let. From the beginning of 2014 the office and business center will cater to the daily needs of the new Am Hirschgarten urban development: A good 55 % of the commercial space has already been let. Shell construction work was completed in December 2012.

The forum am Hirschgarten office and business complex comprises one seven-story building, and a second building of up to eleven floors, sited on a car-free plaza. There is also an underground parking garage for 400 cars. The total rental area of around 33,000 m² is divided into approximately 25,000 and 8,000 m² of office and commercial space respectively. The anchor commercial tenant will be a REWE supermarket, with a rental area of 2,000 m².

In addition, a 1,100 m² Aldi discount store, a 700 m² Alnatura organic supermarket, and a 650-square-meter dm drugstore will all be taking up residence. Furthermore, the Stadtsparkasse Munich will be opening a bank service point. With regard to the office space, 5,000 m² have been let to the patent lawyers Epping Hermann Fischer, and 1,500 m² to a real estate company. The forum am Hirschgarten urban development holds Silver precertification from the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
