HIPARK Résidences, a top-of-the-range urban residence, is launching its fifth building on boulevard d’Indochine in the 19th district of Paris.
The company’s first residence in Paris, Hipark Paris - La Villette, is located close to several leisure centres, such as Parc de la Villette and the “Zenith” Concert Hall, as well as large business centres: les Grands Moulins de Pantin, Paris Nord Villepinte and Paris le Bourget.
This property project developed by BNP Paribas Immobilier Résidentiel, on which building work has already started, will be operated by BNP Paribas Immobilier Résidences Services.
Delivery is expected in February 2016.
This new residence with its pure lines and modern architectural style, designed by Manuelle Gautrand Architecture, will provide 125 apartments, ranging from studios to two-room apartments, decorated by interior designer Didier Gomez.
Hipark Paris - La Villette is part of a project spanning more than 35,000 m² which includes the Visalto office building, a social residence for students and local shops.
