The London office of Hines has been awarded planning permission for a state-of-the-art, mixed-use, eight-story development at 1 Grafton Street. The Hamiltons-designed project will provide 5,017 m² of prime retail, residential and flexible office space in the heart of London's exclusive Mayfair area. There is a real shortage of modern flexible office space in the Mayfair core, and 1 Grafton Street will provide 2,416 m² on six floors.
