Hewlett-Packard signs lease agreement in University business center II building (PL)

CBRE Office Department advised Hewlett-Packard in extension of the lease agreement in University Business Center II building, located at Szturmowa street in Warsaw. The Warsaw office of Hewlett-Packard is its biggest premises in Poland. According to the lease agreement, HP will be occupying 10 400 m² of office space.
Daniel Bienias, Senior Director, CBRE Office Department commented: “For our client, the most important issue was the effectiveness of the negotiation process.
The Warsaw office is the headquarters for HP in Poland. Due to this fact, the office space has to be customized to all requirements of the tenant and guarantee flexible, long-term lease. I am confident that the tenant and the landlord of UBC II are satisfied with the cooperation. The most important goal for the CBRE Office Department is a close cooperation with the clients, in order to offer tailored made solutions”
University Business Center II building is located in Warsaw, in Sluzewiec district. The building offers 19 000 m² of office space, on 12 floors. The location of the building provides convenient access to Chopin Airport and close proximity to amenities.
