Henderson Global Investors' c. £12.4 billion (approx. 15.2 billion) Property Business has hired Colin Throssell as Head of Property Treasury. Colin will be based in London where he will be responsible for oversight of the Business' debt and treasury instruments, both managing the existing book and sourcing new funds as required. Colin will have responsibility for the London, European and Asia Pacific regions.
Colin joins from his role as a Director at Eurohypo AG London where he worked for over four years with responsibility for transaction execution and relationship management. Before this, he worked in varying roles at Erste Bank, Lehman Brothers and Ernst and Young. In total Colin has 14 years of real estate finance experience.
