Henderson appoints Head of Property Finance in France (FR/UK)

Henderson Global Investors has appointed Jérôme Sebaux as head of Property Finance in France. Based in Henderson's Paris office, Mr. Sebaux will be responsible for the financial management of funds as well as the provision of related services to the fund and asset managers in Paris.

Formerly, Mr. Sebaux was a fund controller at ING Real Estate Investment Management France. Prior to that, he was International Financial Controller at JCDecaux and Business Analyst at Sanofi-Synthélabbo in Berlin. Sebaux has a Masters Degree in Business at Institut Supérieur du Commerce.

Chris Linney, Head of Property Investment, France at Henderson, said, "Jérôme's position was created due to the rapid expansion of Henderson's French property business and the increase in development projects. Jérôme's role will include raising the performance of the property funds invested in France, as well as adding value to the portfolios from a financial perspective."

Henderson also plans to appoint two new Asset Managers before the end of 2007, to further enhance the performance of the current assets under management.
