HB Reavis Group has begun its third project in Warsaw, the construction of the Postępu 14 administrative center. The Postępu 14 Project will be completed in the second quarter of 2015. It will offer future tenants more than 34,000 m2 of GLA and over 750 parking places.
The Postepu business center is the third administrative complex executed by HB Reavis in Warsaw following the Konstrukorska Business Center and the Gdański Business Center, with two other projects in the works: West Station and the premium project on Chmielna Street in the very center of the Polish capital.
By launching the Postępu 14 project, HB Reavis confirmed its leading position on the office development market in Central Europe. Over 1 million m2 of office space are under construction in Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Bratislava, and the five projects being built by HB Reavis at this time represent over 160,000 m2 of this total. “For us, the Polish market is key, and we are pleased that the Postępu project is enabling us to confirm our leading position in CEE region, with a 16% share,” said Pavel Trenka, Group CEO of HB Reavis.
