Hannover Leasing has acquired Die Direktion in Münster from aurelis Asset GmbH. The office complex with integrated retail uses is located in the center of Münster, in the immediate vicinity of the station.
Built in 1957, the building is the former seat of Münster’s federal railway administration and has undergone a comprehensive modernization from 2011 to 2013. After the revitalization was completed in December 2013, the building received BREEAM certification.
The purchase price amounts to around €43 million. Overall, the complex offers 23,000 m² of rentable floor space, which accounts for about 91% of offices on the upper floors and 9% of retail space on the ground floor. In addition, a total of 112 car parking spaces are available on the property. The occupancy rate is currently 98%.
