Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. KG has acquired the new development of the Stedin headquarters, known as Blaak8, from the Kroonenberg Group. The purchase price is 52.25 million. The Kroonenberg Group will deliver the office building to both tenant and purchaser in July 2011.

The building has a total floor area of approx. 13,500 m².
The office building is a landmark development by of BlauwhoedVastgoed B.V. and was designed by Group A, in corporation with DreissenArchitecten. The building has a total floor area of approximately 13,500 m² of office space plus parking space for approximately 165 cars in the indoor parking garage, and is located opposite Station Blaak. The sustainable office building has an A+ Energy Label and has been leased by Stedin for a period of 10 years.
