Halverton makes acquisitions in Cologne and Glinde near Hamburg (DE)

Halverton Real Estate Investment Management, Frankfurt, has purchased the Hansepark in Cologne-Porz and three buildings in the Glinde Business Park close to Hamburg.

The Hansepark in Cologne has 13,700 m² usable floor space in all; the acquisition was arranged as an off-market transaction by JonesLangLasalle. The previous owners were Orion Capital Managers. For the purchase of the three buildings in the Glinde Business Park, Halverton REIM was advised by NAI apollo, Frankfurt. These properties provide office and warehousing space totaling 12,600 m². The vendor was Slough Commercial Properties.
With the completion of these two transactions, Halverton Real Estate Investment Management, Frankfurt, has achieved the target it set itself for 2005 and expanded its German portfolio by effecting investments amounting to a total transaction volume of around €120 million. Further transactions are underway. By the end of this year, Halverton plans to increase its German portfolio to around €400 million.
