Halverton Real Estate Investment Management has opened a branch in Munich, its third German office.
Isabella Flack (32) has been appointed Head of Branch and her team of three will manage the property portfolios in southern Germany for Halverton vehicles. The other team members will include an Asset Manager, a Financial Controller and a Team Assistant.
Head of Halverton in Germany, Alexander Hoff, has also reinforced the Frankfurt team with two Asset Managers and a Financial. Henning Heinemann (28) has been appointed as Frankfurt Head of Branch. Likewise, Sebastian Blecke (31), Head of Branch in the German capital of Berlin, is also planning further recruitment.
Halverton's German team has now grown to over 20 employees, and according to its German Head, Alexander Hoff, further recruitment is still planned: "to be closer to the market, we plan to open our fourth German office mid 2007".
