Halverton acquires two commercial properties (DE)

Halverton Real Estate Investment Management (Halverton REIM), Frankfurt, has acquired two additional commercial properties, the Garbe Business Park in Dietzenbach and a prop-erty in Mercator Park in Dormagen.

This brings Halverton's investments in commercial and industrial real estate this year to approximately €70 mln - including around €45 mln since the opening of the company's German office on 1 October 2005. By year-end, the total volume of investments is likely to reach approximately €150 mln.

The Garbe Business Park in Dietzenbach consists of around 14,000 m² in warehousing and around 3,500 m² of office space. The usable floor space at the property in Mercator Park, Dormagen, totals around 3,500 m² Both purchases were arranged by NAI apollo, Frankfurt.

Other properties in Halverton's German portfolio include the Delta Forum in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg, the Business Triangle in Neuss and the Louis-Krages-Areal in Bremen. The total floor space of the current portfolio amounts to around 220,000 m² and the overall land area to approximately 350,000 m².
