Hadley Dean promoted to Managing Partner for Colliers International New Europe (CEE)

Colliers International announced today the promotion of Hadley Dean to Managing Partner of the company's New Europe division, expanding his current executive role from six countries in Central and Eastern Europe to 16 offices in 13 countries and a staff of 650. With full responsibility for Russia, Central and Eastern Europe and Southeast Europe, including Greece, Hadley will work closely with country management and provide regional leadership.

"Hadley has been able to successfully lead and grow our business in Central and Eastern Europe during a challenging period and we have confidence in his ability to continue to drive initiatives across a wider geography, furthering our commitment to providing clients with seamless access to a full range of real estate services across New Europe," said Chris McLernon, Chief Executive Officer, Colliers International EMEA, "Hadley's commitment to our clients and passion for real estate made his promotion to this newly created role a logical choice."

This promotion comes on the heels of Colliers International's recent launch of a refreshed and unified global brand and signals further integration of their operations across Europe.

Hadley joined Colliers International as Managing Director in Poland in 2001 with regional responsibilities for the logistics practice and was then promoted to Managing Partner in 2005. In 2008, Hadley was promoted to Managing Partner for Central and Eastern Europe and his recent promotion to an expanded geographic region is a testament to his strong track record. During his tenure, Colliers International was voted CEE Real Estate Agent of 2009 in both Industrial & Logistics and Capital Markets at the CEE Quality awards.

"I'm looking forward to continuing to develop Colliers' business in central, eastern and southern Europe, further integrating our offices and business lines," says Dean. "My ultimate goal is to drive Colliers to the number one position in this part of Europe."

Hadley has 15 years of real estate experience, having worked in London, Prague and Warsaw. He is a Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
