ING Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) announces the appointment of Mr. A.H.P. Gratama van Andel, Mr. L.M.L.H.A. Hermans and Mr. G.C.J. Verweij as members of the Supervisory Board of the ING Dutch Office Fund, ING Dutch Retail Fund and ING Dutch Residential Fund.
Mr. Gratama van Andel has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ING Dutch Residential Fund since 2008. Mr. Gratama van Andel was the chairman of the Supervisory Board of AZL Vastgoed Kantoren NV and member of the Supervisory Boards of AZL Vastgoed Winkels NV and AZL Vastgoed Woningen NV. Mr. Gratama van Andel is the former Chief Financial Officer of DSM N.V.
Mr. Hermans has been a member of the Supervisory Boards of the ING Dutch Retail Fund and ING Dutch Residential Fund since 2007. Mr. Hermans is currently the president of MKB-Nederland (Royal Dutch Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises). Mr. Hermans has held several board positions in numerous organisations in the private sector throughout the Netherlands. He has extensive experience in the public sector as Mayor of Zwolle, Royal Commissioner Province of Friesland and Minister of Education, Culture and Sciences for the Dutch government.
Mr. Verweij has been appointed as new member of the Supervisory Boards of the ING Dutch Office, Retail and Residential Fund. Mr. Verweij is the former Chief Executive Officer of Wereldhave N.V. Mr. Verweij is currently the Director of Living City Property Performance B.V. at special request of the Court of Justice in Amsterdam.
The ING Dutch Office Fund, ING Dutch Retail Fund and ING Dutch Residential Fund were founded in 1998 and currently have a combined investment volume of EUR 6.0 billion. The Funds have a semi-open ended structure and are open for investors.
