Goodman Group has announced the signing of a three year lease agreement with GEFCO, on behalf of Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF). The lease agreement is for a 9,000 m² distribution facility at Senec Logistics Center near Bratislava. Goodman's entire portfolio in Slovakia is now 100% leased.
GEFCO will lease 9,000 m² of warehouse and office space at Goodman's logistics center in Senec, Bratislava. The logistics center is located next to the E75 highway and is 18 km from Bratislava International Airport.
Jakub Pelikan, Country Manager for the Czech Republic and Slovakia said: "Goodman's leasing achievement at Senec is our second with GEFCO in the region, and follows the signing of a lease last year for an 8,293 m² warehouse at our logistics center in Jalovice, in Prague.
"Both transactions demonstrate our high quality property portfolio and ability to attract and retain important customers through our flexible approach to meeting their individual business space needs."
Senec Logistics Center provides easy access to most major markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Bratislava city center is 23 km away; 70 km to Vienna Airport, 130 km from Brno and 200 km from Budapest.
Senec Logistics Center consists of 45,000 m² leased buildings with land available to develop an additional 139,000 m² of modern logistics buildings with unit sizes from approximately 1,500 m².
