Wnuk will report to Kristof Verstraeten, Director Capital Transactions, Continental Europe, and will work on acquisitions and disposals on behalf of Goodman Group and its managed funds in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He will be based in Goodman's Warsaw office.

Kristof Verstraeten said the appointment will strengthen Goodman's activities in Central and Eastern Europe. He said Wnuk's appointment underlines Goodman's position as a global business run by local people.

"The key to Goodman's success is the strength and quality of our investment relationships and our ability to access third party capital. This was demonstrated earlier this year with the ING Industrial Fund (IIF) acquisition by a Goodman-led consortium of global investors.

"We are keen to build up investment partner relationships in Central Europe and I am confident that Wnuk's background as an investment advisor coupled with his knowledge of the local market will act as a driver to move our business to the next level in Central Europe," said Verstraeten.

Wnuk recently headed the investment department at King Sturge in Poland. As Director of Investment and Development he advised national and international investors on capital transactions. Prior to joining King Sturge he worked for Maxon Nieruchomosci and the Platan Group.

He has a Masters in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In 2004 he attended a Property Investment course at the College of Estate Management in Reading, in the United Kingdom.
