Yareal, represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland, has sold its class-A office complex located in the Warsaw's South-West business district by the Jerozolimskie Avenue.

Piotr Goździewicz, director, BNP Paribas Real Estate, capital markets, CEE leading the deal said: “This transaction proves the appetite of international capital for A-class multi-let office investments in Warsaw, not necessarily located in the city centre. Investors’ interest in the CEE region remains high and is supported by an extensive availability of debt financing.”

“Oxygen Park benefits from a great quality of the office space, confirmed by the brand of its developer – Yareal. Attention to the smallest details starting from the architectural design stage enabled to create a tenant-friendly space, meeting the requirements of the most demanding tenants,” added Rafał Proczek, consultant, BNP Paribas Real Estate, capital markets, CEE.

Oxygen Park comprises two six-storey modern office buildings with a total area of 18,474m² GLA, 100%-leased. The buildings, finished in 2013, offer a high-quality class-A office space. The office complex is an architectural project of JEMS Architekci. The ground floor of both buildings was arranged in a representative manner and partially dedicated to a restaurant. Thanks to its architectural design based on the concept of sustainable development the property has obtained a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level and ESSA GREEN AWARD granted by CIJ Awards.
