Global Investors Return to CEE. Where are you?

Central and Eastern Europe, in particular Poland, has become an attractive hub for investors and thus they are shifting their focus to closer shores. Recent large deals by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Helaba, Immofinanz, Atrium Poland and Prologis show the growing interest in the region from global investors. With the increased activity comes increased opportunities for investors, developers and lenders to collaborate, and in December 150 of the leading players active in the market will gather in Warsaw at the Global Real Estate’s annual meeting, billed as the most senior-level real estate event in CEE.
