Geodis sold the logistics complex, situated on Columbusweg 24 in Venlo, to LaSalle Investments in a sale-and-leaseback construction. The complex comprises approx. 57,000 m² lettable floor space and will be leased back by Geodis Vitesse. The lease conditions and purchase sum are according to current market conditions.
Geodis contract logistics, in the Netherlands is a subsidiary of the Grouppe Geodis, an international top five logistics service provider. Geodis was the first to settle its premises on the industrial estate Trade Port West in 1991. The complex, which was built in three stages, is located along the A67 motorway and is one of the landmark buildings for that location.
