Genesta, acting on behalf of its fund GNRE Fund II, has acquired the newly built 19,600m² logistics property Verko 4 in Malmo, Sweden, from Skanska Fastigheter for €27.4m (SEK 285m). Located in the heart of Malmo Industrial Park, the property enjoys close proximity to the highways E4 and E20, the Copenhagen and Malmo harbour and Kastrup Airport. The asset is let to Copenhagen Malmo Port AB and Stena Retail & Food Services in Sweden AB.
