Generali sells the "Louise Claus" office building in Brussels to Ciloger (BE)

Generali Group has sold the “Louise Claus” office property in Brussels to CILOGER on behalf of SCPI Atout Pierre Diversification. Located at the exclusive avenue Louise, number 489, the property is let to some twenty prestigious tenants including lawyers, and international groups. The asset totals 15,000 m² with two retail units in ground floor.
“This acquisition perfectly illustrates our investment strategy, and offers our clients a geographical diversification beyond the French market” says Mrs Isabelle Rossignol, President of the Management Board at CILOGER.
CILOGER was advised by Advisers and Treex for the technical part, by Mr François de Montpellier at Law Square and by the notarial office of Louis-Philippe Marcelis.
