GECINA has completed the acquisition of a 90.52% interest in the capital of SOFCO, a company listed on the Euronext Paris Eurolist market (Compartment C), and 90.58% of its voting rights, for a total of €2,828,815.60.
In accordance with stock market regulations, a proposed standing market offer will be filed for GECINA with the French securities regulator (AMF) over the next few days.
GECINA would like to keep SOFCO listed, with this company to adopt the SIIC status and become a vehicle for the partnership to be put in place in connection with the €536 million investment in 28 clinic buildings announced by GECINA and Générale de Santé on March 23rd, 2006.
