Gazeley leases 7,500 m² to van Eupen at Magna Park (DE)

Gazeley, a leading global developer of distribution facilities and distribution parks, has signed a lease with van Eupen at its Magna Park Rhein-Main. On March 1, the Essen-based company has moved into some 7,500 m² of warehouse space with offices in order to handle the logistics for a global market leader.

Van Eupen was attracted by the modern and high-quality equipment of the warehouses and the excellent transport links of the site. Especially in the Rhine-Main area, these factors are in great demand.

Gazeley developed Halle 1 with a total of 20,400 m² in Magna Park in a joint venture with CalEast Global Logistics. The site is located between Butzbach and Langgöns, 45 km north of Frankfurt and has a direct connection to the A 485 and A 45 highways. The tenants of Magna Park Rhein-Main include Lidl, UPS, and Iron Mountain. Van Eupen was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle.
